Refund policy

If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor. Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; tomorrostudio reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check. 

We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc

 

  • In case of exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering the new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one-way charge i.e ₹100 (Which will be credited back to the customer’s store account wallet within 48 to 72 hours after product quality check is completed).

    If you cancel an order or return a product eligible for a refund, ₹100 will be deducted from the refunded amount. However, to ensure you don’t lose value, we will add ₹100 to your wallet, which can be used on your next purchase. This wallet amount will be available for use within 2 months


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

No Exchange/Return Policy for Printed T-Shirts

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
