Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At Tomorrow Studio, we design clothes to be worn and loved, and we want your experience with us to feel fair, transparent and respectful. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work for online orders placed on tomorrowstudio.in.
1. Order cancellation (online orders)
1.1 When you can cancel

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been packed or handed over to the courier.

Once an order is marked as “Shipped”, “Out for delivery” or “Delivered”, it cannot be cancelled and will instead fall under the return/exchange rules (if applicable).
1.2 How to request a cancellation

Email us at support@tomorrowstudio.in from your registered email ID.

Mention your Order ID, full name and reason for cancellation.

We will confirm by email whether your cancellation is approved or if the order has already progressed too far to be cancelled.
1.3 Orders that cannot be cancelled

Orders already packed, shipped, or delivered.
-
Made‑to‑order, customised, altered garments.
-
Orders placed during clearance/sale campaigns specifically marked as “non‑cancellable”.
1.4 Our right to cancel
We may cancel your order (in full or part) in case of:

Stock or inventory issues.
-
Payment or verification problems.
-
Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.
-
Suspected misuse, bulk buying or fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order from our side, any prepaid amount for the cancelled items will be refunded as per the refund section below.
2. Returns and exchanges (clothing orders)
We understand that with apparel, fit and feel matter. Our goal is to handle returns in a way that balances hygiene, quality control and fairness.
2.1 Eligibility for return/exchange
Subject to the conditions below, you may request a return or size exchange for eligible products if:

You initiate the request within 7 days of delivery.

The item is unused, unwashed, unperfumed, and in original condition.

All tags, labels, hangers, and original packaging are intact and not damaged.
We may decline a return/exchange if the product fails our quality check (signs of wear, stains, damage, odour, or missing tags/accessories).
2.2 Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Innerwear, lingerie, socks, swimwear, and similar intimate items.

Customised or altered garments (including length or fit alterations).
-
Products bought under “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “No Return” offers clearly marked on the product page.
2.3 How to request a return or exchange

Email support@tomorrowstudio.in within 7 days of delivery.

Include your Order ID, product name/size, clear photos (if there is a defect or damage), and whether you want a size exchange or a return.

Our team will guide you on pickup or self‑shipping, depending on your pin code.
2.4 Damaged, wrong or defective items
If you receive:

a damaged product,
-
a manufacturing defect, or
-
the wrong item/size compared to your order,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tomorrowstudio.in with unboxing images/video and photos of the issue.
After verifying, we will offer one of the following:
-
a free replacement of the same product/size (subject to stock), or
-
a refund or store credit if replacement is not possible.
If the product fails quality checks (for example, signs of use, tampered tags, or damage not reported initially), the return may be rejected and the item sent back to you.
2.5 Condition of returned garments
All garments sent back to us must:
-
be neatly folded and securely packed,
-
include original invoice (if available), and
-
pass our internal quality inspection.
If a pickup is not serviceable at your pin code, we may request self‑shipping and share the return address. In such cases, keep the shipping receipt until the return is processed.
3. Refunds
3.1 When a refund is issued
Refunds are issued in the following cases:

Approved order cancellations for prepaid orders.
-
Approved returns where you have opted for a refund instead of a size exchange (if allowed).

Orders cancelled by Tomorrow Studio due to stock or operational reasons.
Refunds are not provided for:
-
Non‑returnable items (see Section 2.2).
-
Items failing quality checks due to use, damage, or missing tags.
3.2 Refund method and timelines

For most cases, refunds are made to the original payment method (for example, card, UPI, net banking, wallet), subject to the payment gateway/bank’s process.

Typical timelines (indicative):
-
UPI / wallets: 3–5 working days after approval.
-
Credit/debit cards, net banking: 5–10 working days after approval.
-
In some situations (for example, technical issues or expired payment instruments), we may request your bank details and process the refund via NEFT/IMPS to an Indian bank account in the name of the customer on the invoice.
3.3 Store credit option
Where suitable, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credits:

can usually be used only on tomorrowstudio.in,
-
may have a validity period, which will be communicated at the time of issue, and
-
are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
3.4 Deductions and shipping charges

Original shipping fees, COD charges or convenience fees (if any) are generally non‑refundable, except where we sent a wrong/damaged item.

If a return fails quality checks and is rejected, we may ship the product back to you, and no refund will be processed.
4. Bulk orders and suspected resale
To ensure fair access to our collections and protect against reselling:

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or cancel orders that appear to be bulk/resale orders (for example, multiple units of the same style/size across repeated orders).

In such cases, we may cancel all or part of the order and process refunds for the cancelled items as per this policy.
