Track Your Order
We'll keep you updated from the moment your order leaves our studio until it reaches your door.
How to track your order
- Get your tracking ID. As soon as your order ships, we send it to your registered email and WhatsApp number.
- Follow your parcel. Use the tracking link we share, or enter the tracking ID on our courier partner's website.
- Check the status. You'll see each step, from shipped to out for delivery to delivered.
When will it arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 12 hours on working days (Monday to Friday) and usually arrive within 3–5 days of dispatch, depending on your location.
Haven't received your tracking ID?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, or your order seems delayed, message us with your order number and we'll check it for you.
